Before First Use

Wash and sterilize all feeding components before use.

The Easy Start bottles can self-sterilize in the microwave in approximately 3 minutes. Follow MAM’s instructions for the correct water quantity, assembly, microwave setting, and cooling time.

Allow all parts to cool before assembling the bottle or offering the pacifier.

How to Use as Baby Grows

Use the 5 oz bottles for smaller feeds and move to the 9 oz size as feeding volume increases.

Choose nipple flow according to baby’s actual sucking and swallowing ability. Do not move to a faster flow simply because it is included in the set.

If baby coughs, gulps, struggles to keep up, or milk escapes excessively from the mouth, the current flow may be too fast.

When baby begins practicing independent drinking, add the trainer handles and soft spout to a compatible bottle.

The vented bottle base is designed to reduce bubbles in the milk and help baby swallow less air.
