    Luna Baby only ships to locations within the 48 contiguous United States.
    We do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses, and unfortunately we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or Puerto Rico.

    • Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of order receipt.

    • FedEx and UPS Ground may take up to 5 additional business days to reach West Coast destinations.

    • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages and on different days.

    • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

    Please note: Items listed as available are expected to be in stock at the time of purchase. However, if any item becomes unavailable after your order is processed, a customer service representative will contact you.

    Once a UPS tracking number is generated, the order can no longer be canceled.

🌍 International Shipping – Luna Baby Store

Origin and Processing

All products from Luna Baby Store are shipped directly from our store in Miami, FL, USA.
Orders are processed and dispatched within up to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Special or custom orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship.


Shipping and Delivery Options

We offer multiple shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • USPS (via SKY POSTAL / Delivered by Correios in Brazil) – Estimated delivery: 15 to 25 business days

  • UPS and DHL – Estimated delivery: 10 business days

⚠️ Note: Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, such as Christmas and New Year holidays.


Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Luna Baby Store is not responsible for any additional charges, delays, or customs holds once the package arrives in Brazil.

  • All international shipments are subject to inspection and taxation by the Brazilian Federal Customs Authority (Receita Federal).

  • All import taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Important: For shipments via UPS or DHL, in addition to government taxes, these carriers may charge their own administrative or customs clearance fees. These are billed directly by the carrier upon delivery or release of the package.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a valid tracking number will be provided.
We highly recommend monitoring the tracking information regularly and keeping an eye out for any notifications from Correios, UPS, DHL, or Brazilian customs.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in permanent loss of the package.

  • Payment of Duties: The customer is responsible for paying any import taxes or customs fees required by Correios or other carriers.

  • Tracking & Customs Communication: The customer must track the shipment and respond promptly to any customs or carrier-related requests.


Luna Baby Store’s Responsibility

Luna Baby Store is responsible for the shipment up to its arrival at Brazilian customs.
From that point forward, customs clearance, tracking, and resolution of delays or losses fall under the customer's responsibility, in coordination with Correios, UPS, or DHL.

Please Note: We do not offer compensation for delivery delays or losses occurring after the shipment reaches Brazilian customs.
