Import taxes and duties are prepaid at checkout. These import taxes are not normally charged again on delivery.

- Dispatch: in-stock items ship within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Special or custom orders may take up to 2 weeks to dispatch.
- Tracking: sent by email after dispatch.
- Delivery: handled through Sky Postal, with final delivery by Correios in Brazil.

U.S. delivery
- We ship within the 48 contiguous states, excluding APO, FPO and PO Box addresses.
- Orders typically ship within 2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery time varies by destination. West Coast deliveries may take up to 5 additional business days.
- Tracking is sent by email after dispatch.
Additional shipping details
- Delivery times are estimates. Customs inspections, peak seasons, holidays, weather and carrier delays may affect delivery. Prepaid taxes do not prevent customs inspections.
- We may choose a different carrier from the one displayed at checkout, based on destination, package size and service availability.
- Items from the same order may arrive in separate shipments.
- Please check your shipping address. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays, failed delivery or extra charges.
- If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, our team will contact you.
- Orders cannot be canceled once a tracking number has been generated.
